For Estella's last birthday party as an only child, we decided to rent a pavilion at the park and invite her friends and family to play.
She has been so into Encanto since the first day she saw it. She knows all the songs by heart and loves the colors and the characters. We had so much fun that I almost forgot to get out dessert, and I didn't take hardly any photos.
Menu: We decided to go with a taco bar for our menu and it was a big hit!
We had Seasoned Beef, Shredded Chicken, Hard Shells, Soft Shells, Tortilla Chips, Seasoned Black Beans, Arroz con Gandules, Corn Bread, and all the fixin's.
My favorite birthday tradition now is taking family photos for Estella's photo album. I love see everyone's family grow year after year. I can't wait to put all the photos together years from now and compare all of them.
