Greenhouse Motherhood Minis: Cozy Light, Real Connection, and So Much Love

There was a chill in the air that morning. The kind that makes you second-guess your outfit and wish you’d packed an extra layer. A light drizzle tapped the glass panes above—but inside the greenhouse? Warm. Bright. Full of laughter, hugs, and the kind of joy only a mother’s love can bring.

This year's Greenhouse Motherhood Mini Sessions were nothing short of magical. It was one of those rare mornings where everything came together perfectly—despite the weather trying to convince us otherwise. The air might’ve been cold, but the greenhouse wrapped us all in a cozy hug of warmth and light, and I’m still not over how beautiful it all felt.
From familiar faces I’ve had the honor of photographing year after year to new mamas stepping in front of my lens for the very first time, these mini sessions were a reminder of why I do what I do. Capturing motherhood—the real, tender, “I can’t believe how fast they’re growing” kind of motherhood—is one of the greatest privileges of my life.
There were snuggles. Giggles. A few shy faces that slowly melted into smiles. And moms—some laughing, some teary-eyed—who told me afterward, “I’m so glad we did this.”
Because here’s the truth: You don’t need perfect weather to create something beautiful. You just need the willingness to show up, as you are, with your little people in tow. That’s where the magic lives.
If you’ve been thinking about a session but keep waiting for the perfect time—this is your sign. There’s so much beauty in the now, and I’d be honored to help you hold onto it.
